At Norveles, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that items should not be sent back without contacting us first.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
