Shipping Policy – Norveles™

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Norveles™, regardless of the customer’s country of residence, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the laws of the customer’s place of residence.

This Policy should be read together with our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates only and not guarantees. During periods of high order volume, operational constraints, international holidays, or temporary delays from logistics partners, processing times may be extended.

If we experience a significant delay, we will notify you by email whenever reasonably possible.


2. Shipping Methods, Countries & Rates

2.1 Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Most European countries
  • Selected international destinations

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.


2.2 Shipping Methods & Rates

We may offer free standard shipping on selected orders or destinations, as indicated at checkout.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping carriers and methods may vary depending on destination and product availability.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, operational capacity, or peak-season demand.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes both processing and transit time.

Norveles™ is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

In some cases, international tracking updates may be limited after the package reaches the destination country.


5. Shipping Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Delivery failures caused by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Norveles™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact both:

We will do our best to assist you with the investigation process.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.


10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays and high-demand seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Temporary slowdowns from fulfillment centers, customs, or shipping carriers may occur during these periods.

Customers are encouraged to place orders early during peak shopping seasons.
